What's the difference between Bulk Rock Salt and One Pass?
Bulk Rock Salt is straight de-icing rock salt. One Pass is rock salt with a treated coating: it stays on the road instead of bouncing off, keeps melting down to about 10 below zero where straight salt stops around 17°F, and carries a corrosion inhibitor.
